PQC Presentation for Carilab: Malaysia’s Integrated Laboratory Booking Platform

Synchronetwork Sdn. Bhd. conducted a Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) presentation for Carilab, Malaysia’s first online booking platform for testing and analysis services, fully integrated with a payment gateway and logistics system.

Carilab is designed to connect laboratories nationwide with academic and corporate sectors through a comprehensive digital infrastructure. The platform streamlines access to scientific expertise, simplifies laboratory service bookings, and accelerates research and development (R&D) processes.

Integration of Cryptographic Technology in Carilab

During the presentation, our team outlined the security architecture embedded within Carilab, including the implementation of appropriate cryptographic technologies to ensure:

• Protection of user and organisational data

• Integrity of transactional information

• Secure communication and data transmission

The presentation also elaborated on the evaluation and selection process of agencies chosen as early adopters in implementing cryptographic technology through the Carilab platform. The selection criteria considered digital readiness, data security requirements, and commitment to compliance with national cybersecurity standards.
