Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Carilab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of www.carilab.com.my (the “Platform”) and related services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Platform is intended for users in Malaysia and for individuals aged 18 years and above.

1. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that is unauthorized, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to us or other users.

2. User Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

3. User Content

Any content, feedback, comments, or other materials you submit through the Platform shall remain your responsibility. By submitting such content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, display, and process it for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

6. Platform Management

We reserve the right to monitor the Platform and take appropriate action, including restricting access, removing content, or suspending accounts, where necessary to protect the integrity, security, and proper operation of the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all information and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

10. Mobile Applications

If Carilab is made available through a mobile application, your use of the mobile application may also be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant app store or platform provider, including Apple App Store or Google Play.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to such use.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
